By train: Sawai Madhopur Junction is on the main Delhi–Mumbai line and is the most common way to reach Ranthambore National Park, with regular express trains from Delhi, Jaipur, Kota and Mumbai. We're just 2 km away, and pick-up can be arranged on request.
By road: Well connected by national highway to Jaipur (~3.5 hrs) and Kota (~2.5 hrs), making Ranthambore a popular weekend drive from both cities.
By air: The nearest airport is Jaipur International Airport, roughly 160 km away, followed by Kota Airport for a shorter road transfer.

Best time to visit Ranthambore National Park
The park is open October through June and closed for the monsoon in July–September. October to March brings cooler weather and comfortable safaris, while April to June — though hotter — often produces the best tiger sightings as animals gather near water sources.
Choosing between Gypsy and Canter safaris
A Gypsy is a smaller 6-seater open jeep, better for photographers and small groups who want flexibility. A Canter is a 20-seater open vehicle, more economical and well suited to families or larger groups travelling together.
Booking your safari zone in advance
Ranthambore's forest department releases permits ahead of time and popular zones sell out fast in peak season (Nov–Feb). We recommend booking at least 15–20 days ahead through our desk, especially for zones 2, 3 and 4.
